Overview
The expertise of our R&D staff is mainly focused on computer technology, product design, production efficiency enhancement and market analysis.
An estimated period of 30 to 40 days are needed for creating a new product, which enables us to unveil 10 to 15 new products per year. The development of products is aimed at meeting existing and new market demands or improving product functions.
Fields regarding product function, design, efficiency and production technique are among the emphases of R&D practice. Every year, we invest approximately US$650,000 in the R&D division.

Equipment and machinery
The equipment in our R&D division is 10% imported from Japan and 90% sourced locally. The equipment includes:

CNC wire cut machine
Moldflow analysis
